- Raceways system including all type of cable trays, cable ladders, underground duct bank, sleeves, trunking, GI conduiting, PVC conduiting, back box, flex conduiting, ceiling roses and same like; apply in every needed places (at the roofs, above the false ceilings, in the shafts, in the electrical rooms, inside the slabs, under the finishes, behind the decorative walls, impeded in the walls and underground.
Lighting
- Light fixtures supply and apply (only apply if the client will supply) with all related wiring, circuiting, termination, home run circuiting, installation, testing and labeling.
- Lighting switches supply and apply with full wiring, termination as per the circuiting, testing and labeling.
- All type of lighting control as standalone system or part of home automation system with any required dimming function or special lighting operation scenarios.
- Above is apply for all type of lighting such as: Internal lighting, façade lighting, landscape lighting, fence lighting, special effects lighting, multi colored lighting, advertisement panels and street lighting.
Earthing and Lightning Protection
- Complete supply and apply system with all copper rods, cables, antennas, connectors, support system, earth pit and earth pits covers, accessories, fitting, installation, termination, testing to achieve the required and specified résistance Ohms reading.
- Digging the required pore holes in case of awarded to SPC.
Fire Alarm
- Supply and apply analog and addressable systems with all type of detectors (smoke, heat, combined, flame, gas…), man call point, glass breakers, monitor modules, control modules, sounders, ceiling indicators …ETC.
- Fire alarm Control Panels FACPs with all related fittings, accessories, programming. As well as mimic panels and repeater panels.
- Interfacing and integration with all machines (AHUs, Fans, Motors), dampers, access control, valves, lifts and same like of the items designed to act as per fire alarm signal.
- Supply and apply firemen telephonic system.
- Supply and apply all the installations of the fire command center FCC installation, termination, interfacing, testing of the entire system and handover to QCDD.
