HVAC system and HVAC maintenance for proper heating and cooling of buildings are offered by us.
- District Cooling and related ETS stations, with required HPEXs, metering and controlling.
- Air cooled & water-cooled chillers’ works, with complete pump sets, piping network, Valves, flushing, balancing, testing & commissioning and full operation.
- Air treatment machines (FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, Fans, VAVs, Energy recovery units, Ecology Units, Di-humidification Units) with full accessories of installation and operation.
- Chilled Water Piping distribution networks, including pipes, fittings, Valves, accessories and support, with pressure testing, flushing, anti corrosion and Balancing. Applying the specified thermal insulation covered by canvas, foster and vapor barrier paints, aluminum cladding for the exposed ducts and pipes.
- DX Systems of Package Units, Ducted Split Units, Cassette Units, Free standing Units, FAHUs, AHUs, Wall Mounted Units and Window Units; either as individual out-door units or VRF Units (combined outdoor units).
- Ducting systems, including all types of dampers (VCD, FD, MVCD, MFD, MSFD, Back draft dampers) and all type of louvers (STL, Extract, Exhaust, Fresh Air), with full proper connection to the air treatment and movement machines. All type of ducts, such as Galvanized Iron Duct GI, Pre-insulated Duct PRI, Black Steel Duct BS, Stainless Steel Duct SS, Aluminum Duct AD, Fabric Duct FD and Synthetic Flex Duct. In addition to all type of air outlets (Slut Diffusers, Linear bar Grills, Registers, Grills & diffusers, Door Grills, Jet Diffusers, Jet Slut Diffusers and fresh air intakes).
- Special applications such as: Underground cooling, Open areas cooling, Mist/Vogue Cooling, Cold rooms, Freezing room, Water tanks Cooling, Humidification & de-humidification, Industrial Kitchens hoods and ventilation, Car park Ventilation with CFD modeling & CO sensors, Green Houses ventilation and same like applications.
